With the tense social atmosphere today, we must understand the impacts and opportunities to embrace Inclusion & Diversity. This is by understanding, accepting, and valuing differences between people, including those of:

  • Different Races

  • Ethnicities

  • Skin Colour

  • Genders

  • Ages

  • Religions

  • Disabilities

  • Sexual Orientations

  • Education, skillsets, experiences

We need to understand that were are all human beings, and as in the Christian faith, we are to love one another. We need to focus on "Love" and not "Hate." This includes holding our generational, cultural biases accountable to ensure we do not repeat the actions of our previous generations to make a better tomorrow.

The power is within each of us to make a difference that will impact tomorrow.
